1. Use of the Website and Services

InjuryMD provides access to remote medical care, physical therapy, prescription services, and legal coordination for individuals injured in auto accidents or personal injury cases. This platform is intended for use by:

  • Injured patients seeking treatment

  • Attorneys referring clients

  • Insurance carriers and adjusters (as authorized)

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer

InjuryMD is not a substitute for emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

All care is provided by licensed medical professionals. Information provided on this site is for general educational and informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

We use the information collected to:

  • Be 18 years of age or older (or have consent from a parent/legal guardian)

  • Provide accurate and complete information during intake

  • Consent to the use and storage of your personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

4. Patient Responsibility

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and complete medical and legal information

  • Follow your provider’s medical advice and treatment plans

  • Communicate promptly regarding scheduling or changes

  • Consent to telehealth evaluations and any necessary follow-up care

5. Insurance, PIP, MedPay, and LOP Coordination

InjuryMD will work with your insurance provider, personal injury attorney, or MedPay/PIP plan (where applicable) to verify eligibility and coverage. If services are provided on a Letter of Protection (LOP) basis, you authorize InjuryMD to coordinate directly with your attorney for payment upon settlement.

You remain responsible for any costs not covered by insurance, PIP, MedPay, or LOP.

6. Third-Party Services

InjuryMD may coordinate with third-party providers, including:

  • Pharmacies

  • Diagnostic imaging centers

  • Independent physical therapists

  • Attorneys and law firms

We are not liable for the services provided by these independent parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, videos, text, images, and software—is the property of InjuryMD and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InjuryMD and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including missed appointments, delays, or outcomes related to treatment or legal claims.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
